Volume 1 is in fragile condition with the spine cover nearly detached; bookplates on front endpapers, notations on back endpapers, else no markings noted. Volume 2: spine cover nearly detached and repaired with black tape; front hinge opening, bookplates on both front endpapers, but no other markings noted. Volume 3: spine cover repaired with black tape, bookplates with front endpapers, but no other markings noted; some pages uncut. Volume 4: spine cover repaired with black plastic tape, bookplates on front endpapers, back cover with gouge at edge. Supplemental volume: spine cover repaired with black plastic tape; no markings noted. These books are binding copies; that is, they have bindings that are in poor condition, but all five volumes have attractive front covers and few internal markings.
