Description: With three wonderful pop-ups , two of which have problems but very scarce in any condition. The first pop-up is missing Tarzan from the jungle scene; the second is in excellent condition and the third is missing the character of Ula from the boat. A number of the text drawings are coloured with pencil crayon and the cover is worn. Spine damage to the bottom third and a stamp on Tarzan on the front cover. Priced accordingly.

Description: Some wear and minimal paper loss to front cover, mostly at bottom and right hand corner. Doesn't affect main title or images on cover. Back cover a bit rougher in condition. Book is slightly warped so doesn't lay flat Good news is that all 3 pop-ups are complete, intact and functioning but have come loose as adhesive has dried out. Some dirt and foxing on some pages. Staples are rusted. Some back pages are torn, ragged at bottom edge. Yes, there are condition issues but this is scarce and tough to find title with all pop-ups complete

Full color pictorial boards with just a hint of rubbing to the spine for a superior copy of the book. [22]pp. including inside boards are all in pristine condition. Three wonderful action intense full color double page pop-ups by Stephen Slesinger are complete and in fine working order. Additional black and white drawings within text accompany this intense action story of Tarzan in the New World. After reading this it seems as if Tarzan and his human friends might be responsible for the erradication of much of the world's wildlife as well as indigenous peoples. He manages to kill several endangered species and "scores" of natives in just twenty-two pages! It was a different time when the person who did this was the hero! The condition of the book is FINE.
