Fore-edges have yapp edges. Linoleum cut title vignette. Slipcase covered in grey paper with color linoleum-cut paste-down on front section. Grey ribbon attached inside slipcase to lift book out. This is no. 499 of a limited edition of 950 copies on Pannekoek handmade paper, printed at the University Press, Oxford, by John Johnson. The illustrations are printed by the Curwen Press from linoleum cuts by M. R. H. Farrar. Bound by the Leighton-Straker Bookbinding Co. The text is taken from the stage copy used in the first performance. Book is in Fine Condition: clean and crisp. Slipcase is in Good Condition: stained at lower edge of front section; lightly soiled; lower section starting to separate, but still solied.
