Description: On the whole a very collectable condition copy of this scarce first impression. The black cloth boards are clean and the title lettering on the spine is clear. There are a few scuffs and what looks like a partial old cup ring stain on the front board. Only really noticeable on close inspection but mentioned in this description in the interest of clarity and fairness. Slightly knocked at the fore edge corner tips. No inscriptions and clean pages throughout albeit somewhat toned at the page block edge and, less so, to the end papers. There is a little spotting/foxing at the top page block edge. In all a handsome copy.
