Spines uniformly faded to mid-brown; labels fine, still bright except Vol I, which shows mild rubbing to gilt (leather is still fine). Bindings all solid and tight, hinges as new, interior condition fine or better. Pages unmarked. Slipcase is present, but is rubbed, faded, and some joints are cracked. It has been repaired with non-yellowing book tape [3M], and so is very serviceable, but no longer particularly handsome. Still, overall a VG++ set in a Good slipcase.
