Prelims and title page lightly foxed, p.o name and inscription on the ffep, short closed tear at the bottom of the title page, larger tears to pages 2 and 3, a few of the double-page leaves separated, pages 37-38 a bit proud with the foredge rubbed. This is a remarkably heavy book, and probably cannot be shipped beyond the continental US.
