Description: First edition and printing. Music by H. Fraser-Simson; decorations buy Ernest H. Shepard. In very good pink and white pictorial boards, with black titles and dark grey cloth spine. The boards are tight, fairly clean and not quite straight. The free end papers have tanned vertical strip; the front free end paper has name and address of previous owner. Slightly tanned cut edges. The text block has slight vertical warp to the pages; tightly bound and a little tanned around the edges. Small illustrations by Ernest H. Shepard throughout. Not annotated. Very good condition. Inside very good beige dust jacket that replicates the boards; fairly clean, with a few small closed tears to top edge and one small open tear. Not price clipped. In quality plastic cover.
