Numbered 5 of 750 limited copies. Containing a label stating, "This book belonged to Charles Pick (1917-2000). He was a publisher (at Gollancz 1934-36, Michael Joseph 1936-39 and 1946-61, and Heinemann 1962-85) and thereafter a literary agent. He was elected to the Savile Club in 1958." In a decorative black cloth binding with presentation slip case. Externally very smart, with just a couple of marks. Slipcase is smart also, with a few marks. Internally, firmly bound.
