This work, which is a limited edition, is the second in the publisher's series "The Gun at Home and Abroad." This copy is number 658 of 950. While the first volume of the series focused on bird hunting, this one directs its attention to deer and small game, and the authors provide considerable detail on hunting techniques. There is also a chapter on the evolution of rifles and guns, and a final chapter on game laws affecting deer and small game. Many of the illustrations are very colorful, and quite impressive. Extra postage required.
