Price: US$320.82 + shipping

Condition: Good

Description: First Edition, first printing of this classic German horror story, in the first English translation. The boards are a little rubbed and marked, with some light foxing to edges and prelims. Nevertheless, a good, solid copy. It's also an interesting association copy, from the estate of Paul Rotha (1907-1984), British documentary filmmaker, film writer, producer, director, film historian and critic who was twice Academy Award nominated and BAFTA nominated. The book bears his ink inscription to the free front endpaper, so also a book that bears a record of its time. An unusual item, clean throughout. Good.
