Condition: Very Good

Description: London ,first variant in facsimile wrapper . A very good copy of an unrecorded first in green cloth with green lettering .A very rare item , which is identical to the orange clothed edition as described in Mcilvaine.I have never seen another copy or seen one offered in any of the major collections that have come up in the last twenty years which means absolutely nothing .I don't think it is a colonial edition as we have pretty well established that these early Herbert Jenkins titles used the UK firsts and stuck an oversize colonial label over the 7/6 or 3/6 . I am doubtful it was a trial binding as this was not Herbert Jenkins way so another PGW mystery. Language: eng
