The English edition has been corrected with many additions from the original. CONDITION Burgundy bds, pp 332. Book has been on too tight a shelf causing indent to bds near spine, cloth worn at spine ends and tips o/w clean, names to front ep, eps a little toned, internally bright and crisp apart from the very odd finger mark. Description: True first British printing. No jacket. Re-bound at some point into black boards. With an introduction by Robert Graves. Black boards with gold lettering of the author and title to spine are good with a few marks, little pushing/bumping to corners, fading to spine, the odd small bump/rub to edges and a little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Some spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Pages bit tanned. Odd small mark/minor foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Inside boards/end-papers tanned with the odd small mark/mild foxing/odd small tear/chip to paper. Occasional small mark/spots of foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
