Description: G/-. Red cloth, paper label on spine. Boards faded and water spotted, rubbed at extremities, chip and fraying at head of spine. Pages are browned, binding and hinges sound. From the library of Henry Bosley Woolf, lexicographer and former editor-in-chief of Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary, whose bookplate and signature appear on front endpaper. A quote from the author's autobiography, "Good-Bye to All That", is penned in Woolfe's hand at the bottom of the Table of Contents, and two pages of the introduction have some underlining, presumably Woolf's. Nice association copy.
