The dust wrapper, designed by John Alcorn, has some mild rubbing and wear throughout. The spine tips are worn and slightly soiled. The title is slightly worn. The rear panel is rippled and some wear at the tail edge. The internals are mostly clean throughout and free from previous owners inscriptions. The boards are free from notable wear, quarter-bound in pink cloth. The text blocks are free from foxing, though slightly stained on the side edge. This copy is free from previous owner's ink and is, overall, in very good (or better) condition. The story of a young woman, Marian, whose sane, structured, consumer-oriented world starts to slip out of focus.
