[1946]), loose, tan, specially textured paper tissue guard; title-page printed in red and black, signed by Denise Levertov in lower margin; contents; half-title pages. [8] pp., pp. [1]-5-[46]; p. 45 is A note on the edition, and the reverse, p. [46] is the colophon, signed by the binder & printer (Sam & Sally Green). Textured paper wrappers volume: 6 ½ in. x 10 ¼ in., half-title; title-page printed in red and black, signed by Denise Levertov, under the printed author's name; editor's note with printed poem on the reverse; tipped-in reproduction of the handwritten poem; lettered colophon page. The Double Image volume is bound with a black cloth spine and back cover, and with a tan and pink textured paper title label with the titling printed in black, with matching textured paper on the front cover with DL DI monogram on the front cover. The Token is in wrappers of the same type of handmade paper, with title printed on the front cover. In a specially crafted, sturdy Japanese-style, wraparound case, that continues the black cloth and tan & pink paper binding, with a printed title label on the spine and a strip of the paper mounted on the front cover; and with oriental-style closures. In fine condition. A very scarce item, with the signed Token booklet. The prospectus and a signed postcard with a hand-written note from the publisher to a former owner are included. Weight: 2 lbs.
