Description: The paste on title and author label on the spine strip is faded and the pages rough cut. The main the damage is the front end paper. To hide the fact that the book once belonged to the Harlem Consolidated School, it was glued to the front paste down and it was done badly. there is a heavy, vertical crease along the hinge, a short, c;osed tear on the outside and another larger tear, with no loss, towards the head. The glue has partially lifted revealing ugly glue stains on the pastedown, an accesiion number and the school stamp. The body of the book is in excllent condition. As the title implies, Ellery Queen's bibliography of detective short stories arranged in alphabetical order of author identifying first editions. Red boards, 146 pages.
