Wear to fore edge with two tiny closed tears. Previously folded in half but now protected in archival wraps with card support. Rare Golden Cockerel Press item.

Description: Folio. A single sheet, folded to form four leaves. With a wood engraved decoration to the front wrapper and details of eight of their previous publications to the rear wrapper (including T.E.Lawrence's 'Crusader Castles'). The whole a little faded and nicked at the edges, and folded once. Laid-in is a large folding prospectus for Llewelyn Powys's 'The Book of Days' and a single sheet prospectus for Bligh's 'Voyage in the Resource', both of which were also published by The Golden Cockerel Press in 1937; plus a folding advertisement and order form for 'The Adelphi Magazine', all three folded once, and a separate unfolded Golden Cockerel Press subscription form. A nice bright set.
