Description: Wang Hui-Ming. 21 original woodcuts signed in pencil by the artist, printed on nine different Oriental papers, loose as issued, quarto (4to), red cloth clamshell box with leather spine, text in gold. "Two hundred copies of The Birds and the Animals by the reincarnated Sung master Wang Hui-Ming were printed from his original blocks at Northhampton Massachusetts during October 1969. All copies have each print signed by the Artist. Nine oriental papers were used. The pressman was Harold McGrath. This is copy 11." Very good condition, overall plates are clean in perfect condition, ever so minor wear on the clamshell box.
