Over a third of the pages have ink underlining and/or hi-lighting; one page has a lengthy hand-written note; one page has a short note. An embossed seal of a private library is on the front free endpaper, the half-title page, and the title page. The pages have a musty odor. DJ: The front flap states that the author writes of seven top classic double-barrel shotguns. The spine panel has darkened and is a little wrinkled on each end.
