Description: Good only, first edition book. Lacking original soft covers. In addition to the title page with copyright verso, there is a two-page Preface. Numbering of text pages begins on the second page and is numbered 6, ending with number 117 and followed by one page of Errata and the back free end-paper. The stain on the title page carries through and mostly fades out by page 17. In spite of the lack of covers, the text is complete for this scarce title.
