Description: Sullivan #17. The bibliographer makes no mention of this issue in illustrated card covers. Text is as his B issue in hardback, with errata slip at p.93 and integral title page. The cover, which shows a flying plane and a figure clinging to a ball and a cross (at the top of a church), is the same as the illustration on the ultra-rare dust-wrapper. Most of spine paper rubbed away but despite this, quite sound and very clean internally. Most uncomon in this variant format.
