Collated, complete with thirteen colour plates by Henry Thomas Alken, an English painter and engraver chiefly known as a caricaturist and illustrator of sporting subjects and coaching scenes. This copy is part of a limited printing of 500 copies in this edition. In cloth binding with gilt detailing. Externally smart. Very minor wear to extremities and joints only.
