Description: London Ist issue gold lettering on spine, without the closing " on title page. A fine copy ,the colour is srong and even ,no rubbing to illustrations ,minor area a few millimitres on rear board which is slightly darker The pages are as new no darkening foxing or insciptions ,all plates fresh and bright. The book is totally square with no bumps to corners. This is the best copy I have ever seen offered over the last 20 years possibly the only better copy was the one sold privately with a wrapper by a london dealer but I never saw it. Language: eng
