With uniform darkening to the spine and with small pieces missing along the top edges of the rear panel and to the left and right of the top of the spine. The inside front flap has ads for "When the Sportsman Wants to read: American Football, A-B-C of Gold, Camp Life, Tend-Dwellers, etc." The rear flap features books on the out-of-doors: In Berkshire Fields, Wood Folk Comedies, Sharp Eyes, and How Animals Talk."
