Internally is very secure, clean and tight. There is sporadic and sometimes heavy foxing to the text block, relatively minor to facing pages of the plates, with occasional fox spot to margins only. Pages are all edged in gilt.Includes an introductory essay by James Hannay ; and descriptive letterpress by the Rev. J. Trusler, and E.F. Roberts.
