Description: Early printing. Publisher's original illustrated cloth, without dustwrapper as issued. Illustrated throughout in colour by Madeleine Gekiere. The contents, with the odd faint pale mark to a few pages and very light spotting on the closed text block edge, are otherwise clean throughout and without insciptions or stamps. A beautiful story written to help Bradbury's own children to not fear the dark. Illustrated by the multidisciplinary Swiss-American artist who was known for her paintings, illustrations and short films. This is an early printing without isbn number and with the printed dedication to Bradbury's daughters. Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request.
