The story of a dragon who prefers poetry to fighting which was taken from Kenneth Grahame's collection "Dream Days" and produced as a 20 minute animated short by Disney. This book was designed as a companion piece to the 1941 Disney short film which consisted of a live-action tour by the humorist Robert Benchley through the then brand-new Disney studio in Burbank giving insight on the animation process and including several Disney shorts. A good copy with some light soiling and edgewear to the cover boards and some wear to the spine tips. There is a 4-line ink owner's inscription on the front flyleaf else the text is very good and clean with minor wear. The jacket is worn with some soiling and edge tears and some chipping to the spine tips. Scarce.

Scarce dustjacket is in Good to Very Good condition with slight edgewear and a few closed tears around its edges, plus a penny sized chip out of the top of the front cover right next to the spine,affecting only a yellow field area, no artwork or lettering affected. $ 100100 original price is still present and unclipped on the front dustjacket flap. We have placed the dustjacket in a Brodart clear plastic protective cover and it looks much better than described.
