Spanning October 1977 to September 1978, each monthly issue represented the work of a single author. In chronological order: Michael Davidson, Eve Shelnutt, William Everson, Edouard Roditi, Cesar Vallejo, Gerard Malanga, Nathaniel Tarn, Robert Kelly, Tom Clark, Stephen Stepanchev, Diane Wakoski, Charles Bukowski.

SIGNED by all contributors who were alive at the time of publication including Bukowski, Diane Wakoski, Michael Palmer, David Antin, Gerard Malanga, Joyce Carol Oates, Cid Corman, Nathaniel Tarn, Theodore Enslin and much more. All in fine condition. These special volumes were published in a limited edition of only fifty copies.

This is the final issue, a 17 page collection of poetry by Charles Bukowski (12 poems). Black Sparrow Press was Bukowski's longtime publisher. This copy is SIGNED on the cover under the author's name. Near fine (slight bend to upper right corner and trace evidence of previous bookseller's penciled price). This is NOT one of the 20 deluxe copies produced but it is a rare signed copy of the paper wrapper edition in excellent condition.
