This edition, which arrived nine years later, was LIMITED to 250 copies. Tan paper wraps, with titling on the front cover in red and black. Clean text; 87 pages. The textblock is very nice, fresh and clear. The covers are worn at the margins, due to standing proud of the pages; chips at head and foot of spine, which has an old cello repair.
