Description: Hardcover. 17 + 8 pages (the essays are separately paginated) + colophon. A limited edition of120 copies, printed by Clarke Conwell. Colophon printed in red ink. Printed on heavy and stiff handmade paper. Illustrated. Plain binding with natural cloth spine and blue/gray paper over boards. Both the spine and boards are faded and stained. Bookplate on the inside front cover with the name Robert Raggett. Initialed and dated R.G. March 1902 on the top corner of that inside cover as well. The Elston Press produced only two dozen books. It was run by Clark Conwell, who modeled the press and its work on the great William Morris Kelmscott Press.
