Binding and hinges remain firm, but with an ever so slight lean to spine. Moderate rubbing, soiling and edge wear to jacket. Possible previous liquid damage along bottom edge of back jacket, wrapping around spine and a small corner of front jacket. Spine tail on board also affected, but no interior pages affected.
