The limitation pages are present in all three volumes. Near Fine in Near Fine Woven Linen Slipcases. Three volumes bound in white vellum stamped brightly in gilt on the front boards and the spine. Handsome, clean vellum with its splendid patina of time and gilt. Decorative borders and a floral cameo with "R K" in gold graces the front boards. Lovely condition. Top edges gilded. Deckle-edged paper. All volumes are near fine except for volume III which has a touch of rubbing to the top right-hand corner of the gilt at the top of the spine, affecting the corner of the border design. One corner is lightly bumped on Volume II. In clean, crisp woven brown linen slipcases with a light touch of wear to the corners. A splendid set, and very scarce with only 100 copies printed, and all volumes being signed in full by "Rudyard Kipling." Scarce signed/limited: only 100 copies printed on vellum. Each volume is signed by Kipling on its own limitation page.
