Designed by Ward Ritchie, who selected which initials Kent would provide decorations for without consulting Powell--who then had to rewrite his text to accommodate Kent's letters. Few minor edge bumps still fine in near fine, slightly rumpled dust jacket with only mild soiling and spine a little faded.
