Description: First edition from 1926. No dust jacket. Burgundy cloth boards have bumped, frayed corners and spine ends, heavily rubbed edges, and scuffing on backside. Spine has silverfishing and some color loss. Color plate on front cover has several small scuffed spots, and some light pencil marks. Binding is good. Pages are unmarked, with toning, and some dark, age-related spots and smudges here and there. Oversized, unpaginated. LO

Description: VERY HEAVY WEAR but fun poems and lovely, bright illustrations. A few pages have taped tears and the tape has browned (crosses text). Numerous untaped tears. Occasional stains or marks. Cover illustration has a 1" peeled corner and there is cardboard showing at the cover corners. Worn spine ends. Booksavers receives donated books and recycles them in a variety of ways. Very good, moderate wear to spine ends and front corners, some shallowing chipping to color plate at front cover, pages agetoned, some chipping and tears to pages that have been reinforced with tape, some pencil markings to pages.
