Sharp and handsome (see scan). A seminal work, an early portion of Heinlein's "Future History" series (so named later by John W. Campbell] which was second only to Isaac Asimov's Foundation series in competition for the Hugo Award for Best All-Time Series. Contains the novel-length "If This Goes On.", plus the short stories "Coventry" and Misfit", all three of which were formally included in the original Future History aggregation, "The Past Through Tomorrow" (1967). Not one of the subscriber's copies with tipped-in signature page; this was signed on the flyleaf for the original science fiction enthusiast whose name is on the ffep, though Heinlein's signature was by request stand-alone and not personalized to him.
