Signed on the colophon leaf, and additionally inscribed on the front flyleaf "to Winifred Robert with best wishes for 1948 from Stephen Spender." Winifred Robert = a classical pianist (Winifred Jones) and St John's Wood neighbour. Slight edgewear, 2 tiny chips at head of front wrap, slight wear at spine else decent very good copy.
