Description: #137 in a first edition limited to 290 copies, printed on Ingres-Fabriano paper. Ecru leather spine with letting in black; boards are covered in natural, undyed fiber paper. Some light wrinkling to pages, most likely an attribute of the delicacy of the paper. Translations of poets throughout the ages, from Horace to Dante and Baudelaire to Euripides: "I wish I might find a cave / secret beneath the cliffs / where a god might change me to bird". A most attractive book. #141 and #278 in the edition, also VG condition, is also available.
