Bradbury, Ray. Quicker Than the Eye [ARC]. Avon, New York, 1996.

Price: US$36.00 + shipping

Condition: Near Fine

Description: An advance reading copy (labeled "uncorrected proof"), issued before the regular first edition or the Franklin Library version. A collection of 21 short stories and an essay. viii, 261 pages. Bound in glossy wrappers (paper covers) printed with a design similar to the first edition. This advance copy has a simpler dedication to Bradbury collector and friend, Donn Albright. In the printed book, Bradbury added the comic descriptor, "my Golden Retriever". That joke is lacking in the ARC. A near fine copy, with a bit of wear at the corners and a bit of lamination peel. Signed by Bradbury on the title page.
