Description: PRESENTATION COPY SIGNED and inscribed to photography dealer Margie Neikrug by Foster at front free endpaper. Folio, approx 14 1/4 inches tall, 31 pages in the text portion, which also contains a few black and white illustrations, followed by 24 single-sided color lithographic plates (offset not stone), publishers quarter cloth and pale blue papered boards (toned with moderate edgewear, a hint of bowing, internally clean, about very good). Pictorial dust jacket (chips with loss, especially top corner of front panel near crown, creases, soiling, good).
