In publisher's dark blue cloth, lettered and ruled in gilt, edges uncut. 36pp publisher's catalogue (torn with loss on last page] dated March 1878 and announcing the present title. Some wear to extremities, ownership signature clipped from half-title, but a sound and clean copy of a scarce book.

Description: Bound in bottle-green cloth with gilt lettering and decoration to the spine, blind frame to boards. Unfaded and in excellent order, very light wear to corners. Hinges sound; plain dark grey endpapers. Previous owner's monogram inside, otherwise unmarked. Gutters a little tender in places where webbing is visible between gathers but holding well. Publication date is 1878; 40-page publisher's catalogue at rear dated August 1879. A very nice copy.
