Description: Golden Cockerel Press, Waltham St Thomas, 1925. Limited edition of 360 of which this is no 286. Book condition: Good. Corners bumped and chipped. Two small areas of scuffing to upper board which has damaged the upper surface of the blue aper cover. Vellum to spine slightly soiled. Gilt tiles to spine and gilt 'B' to front board still bright. Narrow vertical band to rear board has discoloured from blue to green. Couple of small marks to rear board. Internally the book is very clean and free of marks. A litle spotting to text block edges and previous owner's printed bookplate to front paste down. Three of Browning's finest poems in a lovely production from Golden Cockerel Press.
