Pages remain bright and clean with minimal tanning and foxing. Some cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding slightly loose. Inscription to half-title page. Tissue guards to several plates missing. Occasional notable foxing. Slight stain to lower margin of first few pages, not affecting text. Boards have moderate shelf wear with mild bumping and fraying to corners and crushing and fraying to spine ends. Small frayed tears to top of spine, and lower edge of front board. All surfaces heavily foxed and tanned, particularly intensely on spine. Some additional mild marks and staining to surfaces.
