Ouvert la nuit is a collection of eight short stories, written by Paul Morand at the beginning of 1920. Each story recounts the narrator's relationship with a woman, each time in a different country. Morand evokes the atmosphere of a Europe shocked by World War I, that tries to recover from the tragedies of war and move forward to a normal life. Ref: Cramer #9.
