Description: Rowland Ward Limited edition of 1250 copies SIGNED by Elephant hunter and author Tony Sanchez Arino with two color frontispieces and 59 b/w and vintage sepia photographs including those of many well known African hunters from the author's private collection, in addition to six maps and six diagrams indicating vital shots for the elephant. The author has been obsessed with hunting African elephants for the ivory for a long time. In this volume, he recalls many of his adventures and various incidents as experienced by his fellow hunters. Printed on high quality stock. Hardcover with a lightly worn/mended origiginal dustjacket now protected in mylar. Overall a very good copy.
