Museum quality work with the letters C.U.S. in gilt on the leather inside of front cover. Gilt page edges. Some edgewear and leather wear at hinges. Interior is immaculate.

Volume 1 is number 65 of 400 and is signed by the publisher William R. Jenkins under the limited number. Volume 2 is number 76 of 400 and is not signed. 2 Volumes with leather spines. Leather on spines is missing and down to the board but page edges are not exposed and still protected. Leather still on front and back boards. Edge and corner wear. Foxing on first and last pages. Page 1 partially detached in both volumes because hinge is cracked. Tissue guards in place by illustrations. Some fingerprints in the book but overall pages are clean and binding is tight.
