Description: True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (10s 6d). Jacket has patchy edge/shelf wear, rub to front (top surface is missing), one small (approx. 1cm) tear to back lower corner of spine, the odd small mark, little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, the odd small crease, little pushing/bumping to corners, fading to spine and a little patchy browning. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with browning to spine, a hint of pushing/bumping to corners, minor patchy browning and minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Inside boards/end-papers tanned with the odd small mark/minor foxing. Pages bit tanned. Odd small mark to pages. Crease to back end-paper. Previous owner's name and date in pen to front end-paper. No other faults. A nice copy. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
