Clark). A generally VG+ clean copy with only minor wear to some extremities. LIMITED EDITION OF 500 COPIES ONLY. Description: 1st limited deluxe edition in grey paper covered boards with cream velum spine showing gilt title and ruled velum edge. Numbered #4 of only 50 volumes available for sale in the UK and in the USA. Also signed/dated by former owner Katharine Roosevelt March 3/06 on fep (no idea if relation). Oversized tome is 12 3/8" tall x 9" x 2" thick. 400 pp t.e.g., else untrimmed page block, hinges fine, occasional fingerprint in margin but no major foxing. Vintage bookstore sticker on foot of fep of W.B. Clark Co, Boston. Shows even soiling to periphery of grey boards from handling but the crisp text could be unread. Boards lightly rubbed but not frayed. No priority or international on this volume at prices listed. Add'l postage required.
