Description: First Edition. 8vo. [251 x 170 x 22 mm]. 137, [3] pp. Bound in the original orange paper covered boards, the title lettered in black on the front cover, uncut and partly unopened edges. (Slightly marked). Woolf, A.28. Limited to 475 copies, of which this is number 75, signed by the author. A very good copy which remains partly unopened. Nerinda originally appeared in Unprofessional Tales (1901). In this revised version Douglas omitted the introductory pages and added an Author's Note at the end. It was dedicated to Nancy Cunard and was Orioli's first publishing venture. It was published in April 1929, at one guinea. This copy was sold by Charles Traylen in 1983 for £50.
