Tight hardcover in good condition with good dustjacket. 12mo. 87pp. Light green woven boards & backstrip with incised gold illustration of Mother Goose with a bow around her neck standing between Little Bo-Peep & Little Boy Blue who are each holding one end of the ribbon on the front board & gold lettering on the backstrip. Color and black & white illustrations on every page. The endpapers have portraits of Mother Goose characters inside of circularyellpw garlands of florals & green ribbon with yellow florals all around rim. Book is clean & very tight. The gilt illustration & backstrip lettering are very bright. The endpapers have a 3" thick band of discoloration. The pre-pages & post-pages have a little light foxing along the top edge. The leaves are in very good condition with no markings. The dustjacket has some edgewear. The front flap's top corner is clipped. The outside of the dustjacket has some age discoloration & a little light foxing. The inside of the dustjacket has some foxing. Ships within 24 hours. Scanned photos available upon request.

In a poor, price-clipped pictorial dustjacket which has separated along the rear spine fold. The front panel is charming and complete, and the rear panel has a long diagonal fold and a 1/2" tear toward the spine. A pleasant inscribed and signed Tasha Tudor classic.
