Description: First edition, first printing, hardcover, an advance copy with publisher's slip laid in. A near fine copy but for some very minor shelfwear to top edge, in fine, unclipped dust jacket. In addition, laid-in is Fotofolio postcard P272, with Mark Morrow's photograph of Tyler and her cat on the front, and the card is SIGNED BY ANNE TYLER on the front. The reverse of the card is blank -- a nice bit of Tyler ephemera.
